5 weeks Scan - Double Trouble!! I'm freaking out!!

I found out Friday 12th Oct that i was pregnant which was great news, Sunday i started spotting and it carried on until around Monday afternoon. I went to the doctors and they said i needed to go for an early scan to assess the pregnancy.
So fast forward to yesterday 23rd Oct. I'm only 5 weeks so i had an internal scan, i was laid there and the sonographer said 'are you ready for this', i prepared myself for bad news and she then said 'there's 2 in there'. I didnt know whether to laugh or cry! After a minute she then found a smaller something in there which may be a cyst but they cant rule out it's a 3rd sac. They were all measured as 4.8mm, 4.4mm & 2.6mm for the cyst. I've told the family and they'r all over the moon and so is my other half. I am but i'm also petrified.
First things to run through my head when she told us there was 2 was how huge i'd get and how many more complications they could have and then a flash of an image of babies covered in tubes in a little incubator. They were my inital worries!!
Now today, it's starting to sink in and become realiity that there's 2 and the expense that comes with 2. We've got to get a bigger car to fit all their stuff in the boot, massive double pushchair, 2 car seats, 2 cots, 2 highchairs...i've just had a total freak out!! I had to run into the toilet having a cry and a panic. It's just so much to take in. My other half (Andre) is totally fine and doesnt see any issues but i'm really freaking out. I'm sure it'll get better after i've got used to the idea but at the moment it's real scary.
I dont want to be a rubbish parent that cant afford everythign my babies need coz i have to pay out for 2 of them.
This is my first pregnancy. We were not trying not preventing for 18 months and then i invested in a clear blue fertility monitor and some preseed as i was beginning to give up hope. First month doing that i got pregnant, and with twins!! I know its a blessing and i'm so so lucky but while it's beginning to sink in i'm petrified!!!
