Bed Rest

Well, it's official. I am now on bed rest. I went to L&D last night because of contractions. I started feeling them a lot around 7 pm but didn't think anything of them. But by 12 when I laid down for bed, they were so strong and frequent I couldn't sleep or get comfortable. So at 12:40 I got out Sean's phone and brought up the contraction timer and timed them. For the first hour they were every 2-8 minutes apart. For the next half hour after that they were every 3-4 minutes apart so we decided to go in. I'm only 1 cm dilated this time and about 50% effaced still but the doctor wants me to be on bed rest for at least the next two weeks when I hit 36 weeks. I'm not even supposed to be up long enough to cook myself some food. It sucks.
