9 months old and walking!
By josamarie » Posted Oct. 30, 2016 5:18pm - 530 views - 4 comments

This little lady just won't slow down. To celebrate turning 9 months she took her very first steps, three in a row! She gets more daring every day, reaching the for things further and further away with the biggest smile on her face... she's going to be running by Thanksgiving for sure!

Sleep is still our biggest struggle, Nina is the queen of the 20 minute nap and fights bedtime so hard; I think she's just so scared she'll miss out on something exciting! Both my kids a R horrible sleepers, we had planned on them sharing a room but that just isn't going so hot, so we moved Max into the spare room for the time being. Someday we'll all get to sleep through the night again, right!?

Awww. Babies are so different with their walking timelines. She's a tiny cutie! Sorry about the sleep. Emma would often need to fall asleep with us (not very long ago) or scream her head off. I'm happy to say it didn't last forever, and at 15months, even with a cold, she's sleeping in her crib well.

Star: Max didnt even crawl until a week after he was nine months, he walked at 12.5 months. I don't know what I'm going to do with this crazy little lady. It's pretty funny, she's such a little thing (just now starting to outgrow her 3-6 month clothes, still in quite a few), so people are super freaked out to see her cruising with the toddlers at play groups!

Erica: He sleeps through most nights, it's just getting him to sleep that's a struggle. He winds up in our bed at least once a week, which is awesome since Nina is still in our bed after her first 3 hour stretch (thank god for king size), and we've had several up-past-midnight evenings of late. Honestly, I'm losing my mind, it's been a pretty big issue lately, just getting through because there's not really another choice!

Holy moly.. walking already?? That's crazy!! Max doesn't sleep through the night yet? How are you not a zombie by now? Oh my God. That's what I'm most scared about with #2!! Giving up my full night of sleep... ;)

Omg! I can't believe she's walking all ready!! Was Max an early walker too? Hopefully you will get sleep soon! You don't realize how much you miss it until you can't have it anymore. :(
