Doc is overbooked with holidays, First appt is on January 5th. So, I can't wait that long for the first appointment, especially after a missed miscarriage in Spring. So, I found a place where they do ultrasounds and baby pics with a DVD for 50$ (if you're 8-13 weeks). A friend went there , said it's awesome, and it has 5 starts on Facebook. I'll be 8 weeks exactly when I go in December. I'll look around to try to find a place where they could see me at 6 weeks or so. It will give me a peace of mind. Still nervous and trying to stay positive that all is well. Get bloated a lot. Sensitive breasts. Eat like a horse but only crave healthy stuff. Very tired and sleepy.

I think it is because they use abdominal u/s, they can't see you sooner- won't be able to see as good and transvaginal are only in hospitals/obgyn/re... |
