12 Weeks Baby #2!
By *Roselyn* » Posted Jan. 12, 2018 8:40pm - 365 views - 3 comments

Made through the first trimester! 3 months down, 6 more to go!
Last week's first prenatal appt went well. Had blood drawn, pap smear done, and ultrasound. Also, talking about vitamins and prenatal screening. Not gonna do screening.
Tiny bump in the morning which gets bloated towards the evening. I already feel like a duck when I walk. So weird. But still not totally realized I am pregnant until a big round belly, probably. Been super busy with the new job so it took my mind off counting days of every week.

Thanks!
What do you mean about the screening? 3rd trimester? Why? They do the scan at 20 weeks!
I hope I can be done with work in April. :)

Hi, really happy that you went through the first trimester with good health. I can say that first trimester has to be the hardest and most vulnerable phase of pregnancy. You should absolutely count the days as the excitement will definitely increase. Congratulations on the new job, but don’t take too much of the work stress. This can have a bad effect on your baby. Start marking the dates on the calendar, as the baby will come in no less time. I would suggest you to leave the screening for the last trimester but do focus on all the intake of vitamins and proper nutritious diet. Hope you have a healthy and active baby. The stress can even make the hormonal imbalance to occur.
