It's been tough getting normal sleep. I have been restless at nights this past week. It's frustrating. Like restless legs but in this case the whole body! Wake up 10 times a night. Luckily, my morning job ends in a week and a half!

Hi there.I think you are getting worried and stressful.That's why you are disturbed.One more thing, depression is not too good for you.Try to massage and relax your muscle.I am sure you are feeling better sooner.Don't be worried too much, this all goes away soon.Stress is also created problems and complications.So, be relax and happy.Best wishes.

Thanks ladies for your suggestions. I never heard of viral attack...?
Last night, however, I had another issue. I feel sick with a cold or something. My ears itch inside and my throat hurt, along with stuffed nose, runny nose, and some coughing. I woke up and the runny nose was worse, watery eyes. could be pollen allergies along with a cold. Ugh.

I'm sorry, dear. I had this issue too. I could not sleep the whole night. Even if I did, I used to wake up after some minutes. It was very frustrating. I went to the doctor. And she told me I have a viral attack. And because of that, my sleep was disturbed. I think you should get yourself checked too.

I am having the same problem! I don't know what it is. I will be super tired and still not sleep well. Good luck with Yours! Hopefully this goes away soon.
