Had appointment this morning

I showed up to the my ob/gyns office this morning early to fill out the same paperwork I did a year ago. I get called in to do the normal routine (pee sample, check weight, blood pressure) and the tech doing all this has no idea of what happened. She was really nice and gave me a nice compliment and I ended up talking to the head nurse who asked how I was feeling and gave me a hug. I explained that now nausea is setting in ( I actually vomited 2 times yesterday) I know I jinxed myself. She gave me vitamin B6 for the nausea while I was waiting to see the Nurse Practitioner.
Well they put me in the room where I was placed after finding out we lost Connor. Sitting in that room by myself with time to think back to February 19th was awful. My heart was pounding and flashbacks to that day were playing over in my head. Then Liz walks in and gives me the biggest hug. She was shocked I was back so soon and stated she wants to see me more this time as we go through the weeks. I really don't mind and actually, I have known her since the 1st time I walked into that office being Pregnant with Preston. Funny because we reminisced back to that day!
We discussed me looking for and endocrinologist because my GP is leaving to go somewhere else (:::Sigh::) and she gave me 2 practices to try to get an appointment with and she told me to explain my situation to try to get in sooner. We also discussed that I should contact and schedule an appt with my perinatologist after seeing my OB/Gyn on July 9.
So, here we go... a journey to bring this baby home. I pray that we will see a heartbeat July 2nd. I pray that this baby will grow healthy and strong. I pray for strength and calmness during this time as we move forward through these next 9 months.

Sending big hugs your way. I'm glad your doctor is so wonderful and they are all making sure they leave nothing to chance this time around. I believe God for you that this pregnancy will be uneventful and that your baby will come out at full term healthy and kicking.

Praying for you. It sounds like your OB is pretty awesome though. :)

Hopefully the nausea won't last too long for you. Sorry about all of those memories rushing back but I'm so glad you get to experience your rainbow baby so soon!
