On friday at 8w6d, I had to worst nausea and exhastion... i felt so awful that i begged my boss to let me go home early. I got home and took another one of my anti nausea pills and my neighbor gave me a drop of peppermint oil which seemed to have helped me... maybe the fresh air too. On Saturday, I allowed myself to relax and in the afternoon we went into the pool and my nausea was gone. Yesterday, I felt good as well although felt overly hot being outside at a baseball game. Last night around 10 I got really bad hunger pangs so I had ice cream. Here I am at 9w2d and my nausea is still very mild, almost non-existant. I haven't really had much breast tenderness this time around just some tingling which I feel now. Did anyone stop having nausea at 9 weeks exactly and everything turn out ok? I'm trying not to get nervous, not having any bleeding just mild cramping and some backaches.

I had a TON of cramping my entire time with Hunter... I thought I was miscarrying all the time because of my age and so forth. He's almost 7 months old now...and I barely had ANY nausea with ANY of my babies. My boobs killed me with my 1st, but no pain, just nipple weirdness the other 3 times. Super sensitive, still are for that matter...but I'm still nursing Bubs (had my 1st cycle since he was born 2 weeks ago...was so mild I thought something was wrong - no cramps, no mood swings, nothing)

@tmhess :It is a lot harder this time around emotionally. I read into every ache or lack there of and drive myself nuts.
@Basia30: I feel ok today. I had hunger nausea this morning but other than that, just tired. Some cramping today but nothing intense and no spotting. Trying to keep level headed and hoping to see a heartbeat still on July 29.

are you feeling better today?

I am glad I could help. :) I know it is really hard not to worry about lack of symptoms early on. I worried about it myself. I actually ended up getting a Doppler pretty early on for the reassurance (I was bleeding/spotting without any other glaring symptoms). Your situation must make it even harder not to worry.

Thank you tmhess. I am so relieved to know this does occur at 9 weeks. After I read your comment, I felt a "bump" coming from my uterus. I guess my lil one wanted to let me know it's ok! I know at this point it is involuntary movements, but it still made me feel better knowing things are going well!! I am so glad you responded to my JE!

My nausea stopped at exactly 9 weeks. I remember talking to my ob and doing some research on this topic when the little nausea I had stopped at 9 weeks. Around that time the placenta can start to take over. It will be a little bit until it is doing 100% of the job but nausea can lessen. I barely had any nausea so it went from a little bit to nothing.

Also I barely had any breast pain and no other symptoms except for a low appetite. I am going to be 27 weeks on Wednesday and everything is going great! Baby is healthy and growing normally. :)
