13 weeks!

Of course my nerves got the best of me this morning. Hubby and I were intimate last night (hasn't happened often to do morning sickness and his schedule) and I noticed some pink spotting afterwards. Now... Flashback to 2013 where hubby and I were intimate the night before hitting 13 weeks and I woke up the next morning to feeling very wet down there and going to the toilet seeing bright red blood.
This morning I felt wet, but to my surprise it was left over 'stuff' from fooling around last night. "Whew" what a huge sigh of relief. I hate having this feeling of Fear during my pregnancy. I know it is a natural reaction due to everything we have gone through these last 2 years... but man, It's almost paralyzing.

Something funny to lighten up! I went to get the mail at the post office for work. I get into my car, saw a police suv drive pass and made a left out of the parking lot. As I was rolling out of the parking lot, I made a right and noticed the Police vehicle turn around and started following me. At that instant, I completely forgot to renew my registration that expired July 31. I'm like, oh crap! So I get out on the main road and I noticed him still following me but moved into the lane to the left of me. I slowed to stop at the stop light and he pulled behind me. I'm like Come already... pull me over. I know I forgot to re-register my vehicle just get it over with. He again pulled to the left of me and made a "chirp" with his siren and I looked over and low and behold it is the guy I took to my Junior prom in high school. Ha Ha! I started cracking up telling him he made me nervous with his "non invasive tactic". He told me my registration expired and I told him "laughing" I would take care of it right away! Too funny. I have my husbands gold pba card so I knew I would have been let off with a warning, but I still hate to go against the law. Ah, just funny!

hehehe that's funny! My tags were expired a day late, and my boys were so paranoid when I went the morning after my birthday last week to get them...I am like "do you think I'll be arrested for being a few hours late??"

Wow, I just noticed I posted a comment to this journal that was meant for another. That's what happens when you have multiple screens open I guess. It is great news that you didn't get a ticket however, that part was pretty funny. Also glad the wetness was no big deal. I don't think this baby is going anywhere, He's holding on tight!

Just remain calm :) you're doing great. I know that's easier said then done esp for those of us who have had late losses. But wejust have to keep positive. I get more and more nervous the closer I get to 26 weeks because that's when my pprom happened but I keep reminding myself that this time will be different. There is no reason to think otherwise.

As for the "stuff" it in itself makes me nervous cuz I don't want anything to throw off my pH. I don't want to risk getting bv again. I'm a bit tempted to ask dh to use protection .

I don't mind the extra stuff especially all that I have gone through. It is scary. A friend of mine, I just found out yesterday that she was just as far along as I am now, and had to have a D&C a little over a week ago because her baby's heart stopped. I fear the worst for myself right now, so with that being said, I just have to take this one day at a time. It helps to vent on here because I don't want to drive my husband nuts over every thing. Trying to remain calm during this time is exhausting.

TMI but it's funny that you mention left over "stuff" because I just had this discussion with my hubs. It's all fine and dandy to him when he doesn't have to use protection but then I have to deal with that extra stuff down there afterwards, haha!

Good story! It pays to know people, haha.
