Went to the doctors about my itchiness

The doctor took a look and said it's nowhere as bad as i thought it was lol. BUT it was a little raw, and inflamed and i have a little discharge.
He took a swab and is sending it out to see if i have a bacterial infection or a yeast infection- really don't think it's a yeast infection- but i suppose i am no doctor :p
Heard Claire's heartbeat :) was 154 today. She's been kicking around all morning :) I just love her so much.

Does anyone know how much caffine is safe during pregnancy? I just really have crazy cravings for coke/pepsi and want to know if i can have a can here and there a couple times a week.

Since you are out of the first trimester, you can worry a lot less about your caffeine intake. Most of the worry is that it may cause an early miscarriage, but even then it is because of excessive caffeine. I drink a cup of coffee every day and my doctor is totally cool with it. Sometimes I drink another cup later on if I am dragging and I have the occasional coke. Coke has less caffeine than coffee, so you won't be doing much by drinking only 1 or 2. Like Amanda said, it's really about your sugar intake :)

If you're craving the soda and not a pick-me-up, caffeine free coke is usually easy to find.

My doctor says he's not worried about caffeine intake for me. It's mostly the sugar that is not your friend. But, I think 1 can per day or a couple days a week won't hurt.
