I could just KILL that stupid receptionist i just had to deal with!!!!!!!!!!
Situation: went to the pharmacy to pick up my yeast infection prescription. Wasn't there. The doctors said they sent it over at NOON. i went to get it at 7:30pm. So i called the doctors back today and they told me they sent it over, and to call the pharmacy to see if it's there now. No. No, it's still not there. So i have to call the doctors AGAIN. And this is the convo i have with the receptionist:
She goes: Iâ??ll have a nurse give you a call back.
So I go: could you please make sure itâ??s speedy? Iâ??ve been waiting a week for this medication.. Iâ??m in misery and growing very impatient.
She says: Uh, how is that possible? We just sent it out yesterday, so itâ??s obviously not been a week.
I was like: UH. My appointment was a week ago. You people were slow about getting my results to me, even though I expressed how irritated it was down there!!! Then you screw this up. Iâ??m impatient! And im in misery, Iâ??m sure you know how a friggen yeast infection is!!!! You try going a week untreated!
She goes: mmkay
AND HANGS UP ON ME.
OHHHHH HELL NO. DO THEY KNOW HOW PISSY A PREGNANT WOMAN CAN GET!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!? FUCKING HANG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to rip her head off her shoulders. She's lucky i wasn't at the office, i probably would have reached accross the counter and ripped a chunk of her platinum blond hair out, and bashed her head off the counter. Fuckin hang up on me. Dumb skank.
So, anyways, i'm still waiting for a call back, she's probably going to be a bitch and make sure that i don't get a call till 4:00 again.
I'm switching doctors now, i was very against going to a male doctor because I've been molested before (obvioulsy not from a doctor, but the scars are still there, and i don't want a man i don't know down there.) But my mom knows a good doctor, he delivered my older sister, and he's like 60 years old now, that doesn't bother me as much. I just don't want some young guy (like the drs at the place i'm at now) between my legs giving me an internal exam. No. Not comfortable with that.
Besides being a bitch today, i'm doing great. Claire is very very active and i can feel her little kicks getting stronger every day :) I just love it. Tom is going to clean out his weight room this weekend, so we can start setting up the nursery :) YAY!! soooo excited for that :) I can start hanging up all the baby clothes i've gotten from friends now. :)

Then I would have asked to speak to her supervisor and let them know what a shitty FIRST IMPRESSION they have answering their phones. I bet they've lost a lot of business because of her. I would probably let her have it again once I got back to the dr office! I would change dr's too. |
