Bridal shower

I had my bridal shower yesterday :)
It was a pretty good turn out, and there were lots of gifts and cards. I'm thankful for everything because i can't afford any of the stuff i got, on my own. i recieved a food processor (perfect, because we're making our own baby food when it's time), we got a new dish set, and new glasses, a cook book, a new frying pan, knives, spatulas, sheets for our new bed and a waterproof matress cover (perfect, just in case my water breaks in bed) my aunt carrie knitted me a HUGE heavy blanket, my mom got me a nighty for the wedding night (omg my face turned SO red), and a few other miscelanious (spelling?) things. We also recieved gift cards amounting to 200 dollars, and cash amounting to 100 dollars. All of which will help immensly.
My MAID OF HONOR decided not to show up though, i was pretty fuckin pissed off. she ignored all of my texts, and all of my calls. Like, how do you do that? You're my maid of fucking honor!!!!!! So... needless to say, i'm pretty sure i'm going to tell her she's no longer my maid of honor. I need someone reliable, someone who will actually show up to the wedding. Now i have no faith that she'll even show up for my wedding, and i'll be standing up there embarrassed, again, and she'll ruiin my whole day!!!!

 | Comment from BabyClaire11 » Posted Apr. 28, 2014 3:10pm Found out the reason she missed my bridal shower was because she wanted to spend the day with her DOG. And no, the dog was not ill. She just literally chose her DOG over me. So she's out of the wedding, obviously. |
