IRRITATED!!!

I'm pretty sure that has everything to do with those pesky hormones that's keeping me pregnant, but the level of irritability is out of this world. I don't remember it being this bad before, but it could've been. I get mad, no... irritated, with the smallest of things. Take last night for instance, I was up watching the Hallmark Channel, which I do every year around Christmas because the movies normally get me in the spirit and I feel so "Christmas-y" and awesome, ...OH BUT NOW...I swear it's like every movie pushes my buttons. Every movie seems like it's about a grinch woman or man (who gets under my skin now) who treats people like crap, especially the person they're about the fall in love with. Now, I don't mind the falling in love part but the first 30 minutes, where they're just being a jerk, PISSES ME OFF!! I actually shut my TV off last night because of it. Talk about hormones!! Then...as I lay in the dark....I start to realize just how irritated I've been lately; whether it's at work, at home, at a store, etc. you name it I've been pissed about something, and when I think about it the reasons are really stupid, but my passion for the dislike is so strong! Never have I ever been like that - not with everything. I can only dim it down to these hormones! Like I said, I love watching Hallmark Channel during the Christmas season and I'm pretty sure the movies have always been like that but now I'm ready to throw my shoe at the TV. *sigh* I hope this only for the first Trimester because I don't want to be a b**** my whole pregnancy. That's just not who I am and that would like terrible on me. This really sucks because I have to force myself to do something nice just to check and make sure I have some calmness left in me lol. My husband has to be very patient in order to deal with me on a daily basis, but he works 12 hour shifts so I guess he doesn't see me as much to know how crappy I really can be, but he had a hit of it this morning and he just calmly said "Babe you want me to take you to work?"...After I had a 10 minute bf about driving on the snow and not having the best tires, instead of asking him to take me in his car from the beginning. He just laughed and said "it's the baby, babe", really the hormones, but I'm glad he understands. I just don't want to torture him or anyone else like that. I need some serious intervention here!

Lol.....I know it's not funny but yes I was totally there matter of fact when I wasn't aware I was pregnant (my husband had a vasectomy , I was exclusively breastfeeding without a period) I went to me doctor to ask for something to calm me down. I couldn't drive because I wanted to slam into cars for doing stupid stuff u usually let slide.... it does pass honestly I think u have already done what's best....realizing what's happening to you from there lots of deep breaths and let those around you know what's up it helps to reduce stress if u do say something wrong or get upset about something especially with the holidays around the corner.....good luck and remember it's temporary
