I had my MFM appointment today. My blood pressure was fabulous, blood sugar great too. My weight hasn't really changed. So far this pregnancy I have gained zero pounds. (With me being overweight to begin with the doctors just tell me "As long as the baby is growing it's nothing to worry about.")
Maggie IS growing. They estimated her weight today to be 4 pounds and 3 ounces which puts her in the 54th percentile. She was super wiggly and practicing breathing a lot today. We did another BPP, and she passed with flying colors.
I am now officially up to weekly MFM appointments! So I guess that means we are getting close!
We are also getting closer to our baby showers. My husbands office is throwing us one the week after next, then labor day weekend my family is throwing us one. I'm excited, but mainly because it means that we are getting closer to meeting our sweet girl!
I am feeling pregnant now, finally! lol. I feel all 4 pounds of her. I still look a lot like I'm just fat, but it's baby. It's getting harder to bend over, get up, and to shave my legs. I'm basically living in dresses because they are the most comfortable.
I love every second.

She is growing well, which is a relief, now the worry becomes that she will grow too big too fast. My diabetes is under great control though, so hopefully this is just how big she is supposed to be! :) |
