20 weeks!!

1/2 way there!!! Yay. Who would have thought last September after 2 years of nothing, sitting in stirrups feeling embarrased after having our precious little emby transferred back - we'd be here now. 20 weeks really marked a milestone for us. I'm clearly pregnant now - strangers have started to make comments. And babys little kicks and punches give me such comfort every day that she's growing strong and healthy. I am no longer scared every day that i'm going to lose her and we've started buying baby gear!!
My husband is being a huge help. He's renovating our main bathroom all on his own as he doesn't want me to push myself. It's very clear that he's come to love this bub already too. He talks to her through my belly and lovingly rubs my tummy :). I know he's also a bit terrified too. We've just gotten past the toddler/dependant child phase with Charlotte and the thought of the years of sleepless nights, early mornings, trouble dining out, mess and sickness happening all over again is scary. We know it's only for a few years though and we have seen what the light at the end of the tunnel looks like so i'm sure it will be fine!
As far as being pregnant at 20 weeks goes - i'm a hot wet mess! Lol. Last time i was never big during the summer so i don't remember the glorious sweating, leaking and chafing. Oh well, it's not that long until Autumn will be here and i'm greatful that other than these mild discomforts my pregnancy has been routine.
I have my 21week morphology scan next Monday. I can't wait to see bub again.
