1st Appointment

I had my first appointment today. It was mostly uneventful. The doctor is new to the clinic (since I was there in 2017) and she was lovely! She asked if I’d be trying for a VBAC or just wanted to go for a csection again. I didn’t think I’d have to make up my mind so soon, but I’m leaving towards a csection because then I can get my tube out as well. No more babies after this one for us. She said I can change my mind later if I want to try for a VBAC, so for now I’m undecided. She is going to refer me to the OB that delivered my son right away because of the HELLP and preeclampsia last time and my blood pressure was already borderline... ugh. I’m now on aspirin daily too because of it. I go for my first ultrasound next Friday, the 28th. Which I’m excited for but also sad it’s on that day as hubs is out of town for a baseball tournament so will have to miss it. I will have another around 12/13 weeks for the NT scan so he will be there for that one. I went for bloodwork after my appt... the early pregnancy stuff, nothing exciting. She said she’d add HCG on it for me but I saw once I was at the lab that she actually forgot. Oh well. I’m 7 weeks. It’s kind of pointless at this point anyway. My next appt is in 4 weeks. I’m still getting waves of nausea and have thrown up a couple times, super gross. And also really fun with a toddler who is a complete copycat right now. Lol oh man. She wrote me a prescription for diclectin but I’m going to hold off on filling it for now unless it gets worse. Im already on the aspirin and don’t want to take more
