Baby is head down
Found out those little "uncomfortable" twitches and the increased level of activity from baba for a week and a half was her turning and facing head down! Thank God for that though. Was starting to stress a little.

Hospital Authorization Complete
Called the medical aid and applied for the pre-auth number for the hospital.
Sent this number through to the hospital where I'll be delivering the lil one! So that part is sorted!

Prental Tests: Glucose Challenge Test
Went in for my glucose tolerance test today. Hope all is good. A lil nervous...."patiently" waiting by the phone for my midwife's call with the results.

Hubby/Partner saw baby playing 4rm de outside
Made my partner look at my tummy while I laid still on the couch watching t.v and he saw our lil princess performing for him. So cute :)

Husband/Partner Felt Baby Move for the First Time
Hubs was half asleep...when he felt the lil munchkin move. Thought he was dreaming. I gently took his hand and placed it on my tummy n pressed a lil n she responded! So glad he felt it though :)

Felt baby move from the outside
Just the cutest hey....put my hand on my belly and lil princess kicked it. Could be coz she's hungry!!! Lol :)

Felt My Baby Move for the First Time
It's actually been a while I felt her move..the movements are much stronger now. She's a morning person and loves food! After my meals....it becomes a party in there! It feels great...forgot how incredible this feeling is.

Bought Baby's First Outfit
Well...it's more like a couple of clothing for the baby! I couldn't resist! Looks so cute!
Got some baby grows and vests and some receiving blankets...they were just adorable.

Found Out Baby's Gender
Hubby and I found out we are having....a baby GIRL!

Announced Baby's Gender to Family
I couldn't keep my mouth shut!!!!!!!!!! Called my side of the family and close friends and told them!

Second Prenatal Check-Up and Saw baby move
Today was my 2nd prenatal check-up. Everything went well. All my blood work was good. So shewww...
Saw the lil bean jumping up and down on the monitor. I thought the baby was experiecing hiccups...and my gynae said the lil one is jumping around and moving.
Was quick but all is well...and then we wait! Possibility of being told the gender next appo! Hope lil bean behaves and co-operates!
Oh heard the heartbeat as well..measured in at 146bpm.

Told My Boss About My Pregnancy
FINALLY decided to tell my manager about my pregnancy! It was just spare of the moment type of thing and honestly it just felt right then...she was happy and already wondering what's gonna happen to my workload when I go on maternity leave! LOL!
Glad she knows now.

Finally decided to let my MIL know about the pregnancy because I just felt like I'm showing now...and I didn't want to be asked questions! !!!

Told Older Sister about the pregnancy
So I finally decided to tell my older sister about the pregnancy. I wanted to wait til I had my first official prenatal appointment done. But my mother insisted that I tell her.
I didn't think she would be happy because I'm dealing with so much right now...but she was the opposite! She was so happy and congratulated and asked how far along am I and we just had a good chat! I'm glad she knows now :)

Started Wearing Maternity Clothes
They are the only things that are comfortable now...wow! I couldn't hold it out anymore...
I still had some maternity clothes from my previous pregnancy....so I'm rocking them!

Told Team Leader About the Pregnancy
Decided to inform my team leader about my pregnancy. He seemed excited and congratulated me :)

I was just bursting with excitement....so decided to tell my 4 close friends about the pregnancy! They were all so happy for me!!!!

Told my mother about the pregnancy
Because i have a problem of keeping quiet...I ended up telling my mom about the pregnancy and showed her the scan. She was happy but concerned. Reassured her I'm fine and I'm ready for this bhabha!!!!
Knowing my mother...she won't tell anyone now...and I want to keep it that way until I'm through with the first trimester :)

Told Husband/Partner
I wanted to be quiet with the pregnancy news for about a week before telling my husband...but I just couldn't!
So I went again to buy a Clearblue Digital pregnancy test and tested just before Hubby got home from work. And to my surprise...the tst came back "Pregnant 2-3 weeks"
I thought I was losing my mind....just two days ago the test read "Pregnant 1-2 weeks". So i just ruled it off as my HCG level picking up really quickly or I'm carrying TWINS! LOL!
Told Hubby as soon as he walked in through the door and he was happy! Showed him the test and told him "We PREGNANT!"

First Positive Pregnancy Test
I was just feeling "weird" most of the weekend of the 28th June and I thought "Arg AF is on the way".Then the afternoon of the 30th after work I decided to go buy a home pregnancy test and just rule off "pregnancy" if this meant to be AF.
Got myself Clearblue Digital HPT and to my surprise....the test came back "Pregnant 1-2 weeks"! Almost fell off the toilet seat...I couldn't believe it....I was filled with overjoy and nervous at the same time!
