How do I validate my account?

In order to access your account for the first time you must first validate the email address provided when creating your account.

You will receive an email shortly after completing the registration process with details on how to do this.

If you are unable to click on the validation link in your email, you can validate your account manually by using the Account Validation form. You will simply need to enter your email address along with the validation code included in your welcome email.

If you did not receive the validation email, check your SPAM/Junk folder and filter. If you can not locate the email, you can request your validation code by completing the Resend Validation form. This will resend your welcome email which includes all information required to validate your account.

I forgot my username and/or password

If you have lost of forgotten your username and/or password you can request to have your member login information resent to you via email complete the Forgot Your Username/Password form.

I am seeing an "Account Not Found" message when I try to login

Most of the time this problem is a simple typo. Be sure you are entering your username and password correctly. To have your member information resent to you via email complete the Forgot Your Username/Password form.

I would like to update my email address

Keep your account email address current by updating it in the My Account section.

First, be sure you are logged in. Next click the Manage My Account link under "My Pregnancy & Account" in the right hand column. Click Account Information.

Click the [change] link next to your email address. You will then enter your new email address. Once you submit this change you will be logged out and your account will be deactivated until the new email address is validated.

You will receive an email at the new address with a link to validate your email address, once confirmed your account will be reactivated.

What are the system requirements for using Countdown My Pregnancy?

We recommend the latest version of Firefox or Internet Explorer.

You will also need to have JavaScript enabled. You must have cookies enabled for a few items to function correctly (this includes the "Always keep me logged in" feature on the login screen and the "Hide Signatures" in the forums).

A cookie is a very small text file placed on your computer by a web server. It contains only text and is used to store your information and is only placed on your computer when you choose to use the items listed above. A cookie cannot execute code or deliver viruses.
