Comment from momoftrc » Posted Aug. 26, 2012 1:39pm I gained 70(gasp!) lbs with my first baby, and while I've lost nearly 50 of that, I'm still 30 lbs overweight. I'm hoping that I'll have morning sickness so I don't eat so much this time around. I've also aquired a lot of healthy habits in the past six months so that should help. My only advice is to only eat what you use to eat before you become pregnant. You really don't need extra calories! | |
