About Me

I have 2 girls, the eldest is 8 and the youngest is 4. I have been reunited with my first love for nearly a year and half now and we have been trying for three months for our baby and I am now 4 weeks pregnant. It is my partners first baby, we are very excited!

My Birth Plan

I didnt have any pain relief with my first (although i wanted it!) and the second was so quick there wasnt any time! I wanted a water birth with both girls and didnt get to have one with either so fingers crossed and third time lucky with this one!

	Comment from ericapallen » Posted Mar. 30, 2012 2:07pm ... the Dr came in and told me he wanted to do a c-section and they took me in right away I guess they wanted to get him out quickly. My first c-section the recovery was very difficult, but with my second it was very easy, I changed Drs and my new Dr has a much better technique, he makes sure to sew all the muscles back together and he gave me stitches that just slid right out the 3rd day. So I don't think it will be too bad this time either, but I'm sad that I will never experience a normal birth.
	Comment from ericapallen » Posted Mar. 30, 2012 2:04pm Yes I felt the same way I was afraid there would be something wrong once we got there, but everything is fine! The nausea has died down for me too, but I'm still sensitive to smells. I do not have a birth plan because I will unfortunately be having a planned c-section, I had c-sections with my first two and my Dr does not like vbacs, he told me when I was pregnant with my 2nd that if I went into labor early (which I did) and the baby was practically falling out then I could do a vbac but otherwise no. When I went into labor with my 2nd I was having a good regular contraction pattern but not dilation and he was bor 9lbs 4oz!!! He was 2 weeeks 2 days ealry!!! He told me that most likely I had not dilated bc he was too big to fit down into the birth canal and push down to make my cervix dilate. With my first son I had toxemia and had to have him 3 weeks early due to my dangerously high BP and I was not ready and they didn't want to put my body through any more stress so I had an c-section
	Comment from ericapallen » Posted Mar. 30, 2012 12:16am How is your pregnancy going? Well I hope. We had our first U/S Monday, we saw the baby and it's heartbeat! I was very happy to see a healthy baby! But it was very hard to see the baby the clinic where I was has a really old machine and I had a hard time making out anything, but I was very happy to see our little baby! It still hasn't sunk in yet that we will be having another! When I look back at my boy's early sonograms it just seems so unreal that this tiny baby will be here in 7 months!

My little one is working on not being so little anymore. I get some pretty crazy jabs to the gut now. I'm 18 weeks today..I just can't believe how fast this has gone. My Aunt is coming into town today and we still have not told anybody that I'm pregnant..SURPRISE!!! lol Once she knows...the whole family will within a day! Shes the loud mouth..we are gonna ask her to keep it secret for 2 more weeks. Thats when we will find out the gender and announce it to all.. Anywho..thats the skinny in my neck of the woods..How are you doing?

I just put a new pic up..I exploded since that last pi you saw..It took even me by surprise!!! I'm ready to take another on tuesday..My little one has been moving often..IT BEGINS NOW!!! yay! I want to enjoy each and every second of this and love all the moments to come since its the last it will be happening..:) Hop all is good..just thought I would give an update and ask about yours!!!
