Beau Dean Brush's Birth Story

laboured at home, strong pains started straight after a heavey show @ 11pm.
slept and watched movies till about 4am,
@4am was too uncomfortable to be in bed so had a shower, didn't help, so timed contrations, 5mins apart lasting over a min each, rang midwife. said to wait just a little longer.
@4:45 had a bath didn't help, got out soon after, had some toast.
Laboured on exercise ball best thing since sliced bread!, Totally recommened.
5:45, waters broke, contractions were ontop of each other,
left for hospital.
arrived @6am, midwife @ 6:05, Beau was out by 6:07.
No pain relief, perfect labour! out and @ home by 8am.
