Baby A. 's Birth Story

Water broke at 10pm on 15th after the husband and I had some sexy time..promoting labor. I didnt realize that it was my water that broke. Went to bed and woke up at around 1 am to my shorts soaked..yet again I didnt know my water had broke..At about 5am My husband woke up for work and I decided to get out of bed and go pee..as I was walking to bathroom more water puddled out..Off to the hospital. Labor wouldnt start on own by 8am so they began pit. 8am contractions began. 4:50 get checked and was 4cm..Midwife walks out the room and I begin yelling at her that it was time to PUSH! In 6 to 10 minutes I dilated to a full 10cm! Pushed her out..Hubby grabbed her and handed her to me..It was beautiful!

I hope baby doesn't have any plans of coming early :/ My next appointment is on the 21st of May so we'll see what the doc says about it. I'm trying not to worry too much, and drinking lots of water. How are you and bebe?? I read your journal entry about your husband buying that beautiful bundle of clothes for the little one - so sweet! Sending lots of hugs xx

That was my elongated, more detailed post about the gender and whatnot, I made a short little post when we found out, but it was really just to say BOY, lol. Congrats on your girl!!! Don't let anybody bring you down - a girl is just as much a blessing as a boy is. A child is a child and the gender doesn't matter to us mommies as long as they are healthy. Don't worry about what others think - they don't do it often, lol. Hugs xx
