Isabella Mae's Birth Story

My baby girl is finally here! I had an elective c section on the 28th April 2014 due to my disability. My girl was born when I was only 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant and still weighed a lovely 6lb 14oz. I am such a proud mammy and couldn't be any happier. My princess is my life. I wouldn't change her for the world. <3
