I started at 195 and went down to 184 and have maintained 184 thus far. Doc says she's pulling from the stores in my body and has not needed anything extra. I'm ok with that! lol. I hope I don't gain too much, but with my last pregnancy once I hit 3rd trimester there was no turning back. I was hungry all the time. :o)
