Wow start of the 6th month

I'm 24 weeks can't believe it's the start of the 6th month now the time is going quick I feel huge baby kicks all the time mostly at night when I'm trying to sleep. I have a displaced rib which is killing me all the time can't do my day to day jobs I want to cry every day but the only thing that keeps me going is my baby I have 16 weeks to go so we are on the count down. I had to have bloods done again today as my ones from last weeks came back abnormal (puzzled) they are testing to see if I have inflammation in my body thinks its my ribs though I do have crohns decease but I feel ok with that no pain in my tummy so not sure will wait till Wednesday when I see the dr again .
