My little angel is 3 days old already. Really makes me want to cry. She is so wonderful. I can't seem to put her down or stop staring at her. She's already so animated and happy. I've never seen anything like it. The only concern I have is the fact that she hasn't pooped in 3 days. Her belly isn't distended or anything, though. And she isn't fussy, so I'm just giving it time. We see the doctor Monday afternoon. My milk is already in, so hopefully that will help make something happen tomorrow.
As far as I go... I'm still in pretty bad shape. I did a lot of damage to my body pushing for three hours. Every inch of me hurts like I got in a car wreck. The worst part though is the hemorrhoids. I have them severely. I can barely stand, walk, sit back down, etc. It's extremely painful. She is so worth every single ache.
I attached a picture from this morning right after we woke up and ate. She just laid on my legs inclined and had a conversation with me while looking all around and curling up her toes :)
