Week 20

How Big is the Baby: The size of a canteloupe- about ten inches long head to toe and almost a pound.

New/Changed Symptoms: Nothing new! Back pain is much better this week. Itchiness is also improving.

Emotions: Been pretty good, a bit anxious but not relating to pregnancy.

Something Funny That Happened: Nothing yet!

Best moment of the Week: My 20 week ultrasound I had yesterday! Soooo cool!

Movement: I feel it every day now, still can't feel it from the outside, but hopefully soon. It's most active at night when I'm about to go to sleep. It's been kicking my bladder a lot too.

Maternity Clothes: Nothing new this week. Thank god for summer and cotton/stretchy sundresses!

Weight: I'm up at total of 7.5 pounds as of today. I weight myself every day and it fluctuates by a half pound or a pound. But still very steady and slow increase which makes me super happy! Since I started at 156 I should only be gaining 20-25 pounds total, which seems to be doable

Food cravings: CANDY still!!!!!! Besides fruit, I have been craving not very good things, but I am pretty good about holding out on satisfying my every craving. My main problem is being hungry all the time but indecisive about what I want to eat. I stand in the grocery store and just blank out.

Food aversions: Nothing specific, still not loving meat. Nothing turns my stomach though.

What I Miss: Drinking white wine - I think this one will be the #1 item I miss for many moons to come! I also miss bending over comfortably

What I'm Looking Forward To: Brent feeling baby move he's frustrated he can't yet. Should be soon though.

Milestone: Healthy baby with one head, two arms and two legs at ultrasound! Measuring almost right on track too - about 3 days small.

Question(s): None this week!
