All HCG Levels look great & baby is here :)

my second hcg was over 700 and my third well over 1200. I have an appointment for our first ultrasound on December 4th. We will be roughly 8 weeks at that point, so should have a clear picture of heartbeat and baby :) I am thrilled, but a nervous wreck at the same time.
How am I feeling; I've had cramping off and on. It has lessen a bit, but I am hearing that is normal.
I've had back pain, super thirsty, a mild headache here and there, weepy at times, bloated, tender breasts, sometimes my nipples feel like someone is rubbing broken glass all over them,. recently I've had cold like symptoms and a cold sore on my lip. not sure if that is pregnancy related, but I'm saying it is.
what am I on? I will continue the cronine 8% until I am 12 weeks. I am on an antibiotic right now.
I feel so excited to be on this journey. I know that I have God with me and trust that he is going to bring this baby to a healthy deliver and I little family will be complete.
