mild headache, sick to my stomach, cramps and slightly tired

today feels like a world wind of things. woke up with the awful headache, it got better, couldn't get through my breakfast without feeling like I was going to vomit, ate a banana, it did nothing for me, ate oatmeal, it did nothing for me. headache is coming back. I feel hungry, but sensuous at the same time. I am having off and on cramps since this morning and lower back pain. I didn't sleep well last night, so I feel like I could fall asleep at my desk.
I am excited that I am having these symptoms, but so very nervous about our appointment tomorrow. My hubby is coming with me, so I am really hoping it all turns out well and baby is healthy. Praying extra hard today.
