Neausea slightly over the weekend, but the best I have felt

This weekend I felt the best I felt all week long. I was sick to my stomach a couple of times, but could actually eat. The babies must be growing a lot this weekend because ive had lower back pain & sharp cramping. Hopefully these are all good things. My first prenatal visit is on the 19th. Are we there yet?? Lol
I hope everyone is feeling ok. I pray for you ladies and your babies all the time
