Nervous week has arrived

Well the week (that really flew by) where everything had gone down hill in my first miscarriage is here. All the spotting and cramping started, went to doctors, ER and everything looked fine but still miscarried. I am feeling fine but I did then too. I am trying to think positive and gonna stay busy. My first trimester has flown by. I have my NT scan next Monday which will put me at 13 weeks which is the day I miscarried before. It's all in gods hands at this point. Thinking positive thoughts!
