Feeling fustrated and depressed

I ended up in the er this morning and just got home a short while ago. My whole world has been turned upside down. I started spotting early this morning and then started passing clots. I went to the er and they could not find a heartbeat for either baby. I go to my doctor Monday to either confirm, what I feel is happening, or to prove that all is ok. I had hopes this would be it, but I may end up back at square one and starting all over again. :(
Update:
The clots have gotten larger and heavier. I am also experiencing severe cramps and back pain. I don't need an ultrasound to confirm my worst fears...this dream is shattered and we are back at square one.
