not sure if its just today...

I am beginning to feel the pregnancy...the sickness of it anyway. I haven't really ate much today so my energy is really low and I feel nauseous! My stomach has been hurting ALOT! on and off no spotting so no worries. I have my first appointment next Wednesday :)I'm super excited. I've been having a bit of anxiety but I had anxiety when I wasnt pregnant only here and there. I hate the feeling of that. So anyone has any advice to how to get over them please let me know.
Well I'm cooking so I'm going to try to eat something for the first time today.
