I just don't feel pregnant

With our son, we tried and tried and tried and tried, and then tried some more. When I got pregnant it was such a miracle. I felt every pinprick, every feeling, everything. I worried constantly - and got a lot of feedback because I had been seeing a reproductive endocrinologist. So I got quants, early ultrasounds, the works. This time - I got pregnant unexpectedly. I didn't even think it was possible. I had been having a really short luteal phase - like 9 days. I decided to start taking Progesterone (I had some suppositories left over from the last pregnancy) to try and regulate my cycle. We had sex a few days before I ovulated, but I thought the chances of getting pregnant were non existent. Turns out I was way wrong.

I've been nauseous on and off - but I haven't been ghastly ill yet. I've actually been starving. I remember my boobs hurting a lot - to the extent I couldn't wear an underwire - but I'm not there yet. I know very pregnancy is different - but I am worried because I just don't feel pregnant yet.

You are really really early, so it is normal to not feel anything. Some women don't even know they are preggo around 4 weeks. I didn't have any morning sickness in either pregnancy. You will probably get bloated and sick in the next few weeks.

No worries. I didn't have any symptoms for quite a while in the beginning. Try to relax and eat while you can before that MS sets in! :)
