First Day of PT

So I had my first day of Physical Therapy today. It really was not as bad as I was expecting. I got there just as my therapist was, and since I've had her before I was very comfortable around her. It was all one on one therapy and we talked quite a bit about things other than therapy, like movies and the baby.
The pool was a comfortable 94 degrees, which is nice because I'm a baby when it comes to the cold. My right hip rotated so that's part of the reason why my hips are clicking when I walk. I also need to work on my muscle control because I was really jerky when I should have been able to do the motions fluidly. I also need to work on my balance and keeping my hips right under me and not allow my lower back to curve which is in turn pulling my muscles. I also need to work on my abs. She said that by the time the baby is here that I will have baby abs of steel. lol
And after my appointment (which was only an hour), I didn't feel all that tired. I'd been up since 6:30 which is really early for me and I actually had quite a bit of energy. Now I'm starting to crash though. lol I think it was an adrenaline rush from working out. They did tell me I was gonna be tired.
