Doctors appointment

I am so excited. I have a doctors appointment today at 12:30 to get my ears looked at. For over a year I've been having a problem with fluid not draining from them. I was on a prescription antihistamine and nasal spray for it in hopes that it would help and since it didn't I was supposed to be referred to see an ENT but then I lost my medical so I had no way to.
Well Thursday we went out of town to celebrate Valentine's Day and stayed the night at my mother-in-law's house. When I woke up yesterday my ear hurt so bad, especially when I yawned or burped or put pressure on it and was leaking a sticky, watery, clear liquid. It hurt all day, even the slightest elevation change was horrible. And then last night it hurt so bad I actually yelled out and I had more discharge.
This morning it's not hurting as bad, but it's still leaking. I think either I have an ear infection or the fluid backed up so much behind my ear drum that it rupture. I just want to get it checked out because yesterday it hurt so bad and is leaking.
