Dating scan this friday!

So excited but a little nervous to have my first ultrasound and dating scan.
I didnt have to get this scan but for some reason i just want to know everything is okay before i can get use to the fact im pregnant.
It's a really annoying time of year because my partner is flat out with work and im hoping his boss will let him have the afternoon off for it but it's so hard because you can't say anything.
Hopefully i get to hear the heartbeat! :) I can only imagine it will be amazing!!!!!
