BH contractions causing loose stool

Ok so I know this is supposed to happen just before labour, but lately I have been having to run to the bathroom after my belly tightens for a while. It is not a very comfortable feeling. I was wondering if I have a bug some sort, but it doesn't bother me every day. Only seems to happen while I have been active for a while. It is not painful to have the contraction but when you add IBS symptom type cramping them running to the bathroom, that is very uncomfortable.
