Swollen, throbbing lady bits

I have been busy out and about today. Nothing major, but I guess I on the move more than usual. I was standing at the counter cooing supper and my lady bits started to throb and feel a bit painful. Guess I did more than I should have. It is really early to be like this, but I guess this being baby #5 is the reason why.
