Pains in the lower ab

Since I have woken up this morning I have been crazy uncomfortable. I feel like I am contracting but at the same time I don't feel any tightening. So I am just getting the pain. Wondering why it is happening. First thing it was very sharp like baby was putting constant pressure on cut or something raw. Now I am aching in my back. I am trying to increase my water to stop what ever is going on. I hoping that will help. Even had a hot bath this morning. Baby is still moving around tons, so I'm glad he is doing well. If it isn't one thing it is something else LOL. Good news only 13 more weeks until I will be holding him in my arms. Very exciting!!
