All I can say is wow! It's hard but I'm exclusively doing it no pump or anything ill start pumping on Monday my Dr wanted me to wait 40 days just to make sure my supply was up . They are waking every 2 hrs I'm the dot to feed I basically spend all day n. Bed ill sometimes move to the chair lol its definitely a sacrifice bit since the babies were early I just wanted to mk sure they had the best nutirtion. They are playing catch up on their weight only 7lbs each right now but steadily growing. I can't wait until they five me a stretch of atleast another hour lol cuz mommy is very very tired I've thought about giving up plenty times but their health means the world too me anyway send your support vibes these way I need them .....signed a tired breastfeeding two babies mom

There are plenty of good sites to visit about breast feeding. Jack Newman is AMAZING!! He always has good tips on increasing your supply naturally. I know that having a glass of a certain beer can help. GL momma and remember you are doing amazing!! |
