I had a great start to my New Year Day. Evrything seemed to be in place. Watching some games and snacking away. Then around 3 pm I had a really really strong BHC it went away then it happened again 15 minutes later and it happened frequently. I drank a lot of water and relax took a nap. After the third bottle of water the BHC stopped completely. Now I have to visit the W/C every 5 minutes, but at least the contractions stopped. I have my appt on Thursday so I will address the issue then. It should be anything though.
