My Due Date: August 24, 2016I have given birth!

First Ultrasound

Went in on Monday to have my first ultrasound to check dates. I was 8 weeks 5 days at the time. It took no time at all to locate little one. It's nestled in so cozy. Its back was to the screen but we could make out the spine and arm and leg buds. Heart beat was 175bpm and it measured 2.44cm which coorelated to 9 weeks 1 day GA. I questioned that and the technician said if it's within a week from the LMP date they keep the EDD originally said, which is August 24. This little is going to be tall like its sister. :-)! I love this little baby so much already! I keep wanting to say 'him' and 'his' rather than 'it' and 'its.' There was no way to tell gender this early on u/s but it feels like a baby boy.
