Almost 2nd Trimester!

I've officially made it to 12 weeks! My queasiness is slowly subsiding. I still don't have much of an appetite which is somewhat of a good thing because it's kept my weight gain in check. With my first I gained six pounds within the first two months because of all my cravings. Thankfully not this time! I still get pretty tired early on in the evening and I don't anticipate that going anywhere for a long while. Like to think I'm starting to feel tiny flutters here and there. I know it's still about a month early for this but these flutters are soooo low so I'm thinking baby rather than gas. I'm also starting to get the tiniest bump. I'm anxious for another ultrasound already. I want to see progress!
We have started telling family and friends which is exciting. I haven't told my classroom of students yet because I'm trying to think of a creative way to tell them.
I have another OB appointment this coming Friday for a pap (yay) and hopefully I'll hear the heartbeat for the first time. (Real yay!!) Fingers crossed all goes well.
