Well, it has been creeping on me slowly that I needed to move around a bit more. So when I got back from work, I changed into some walking gear and took my 4 yr old for a walk. She was great company.... I feel tired and have immense pressure down there but I don't regret it. During my daughters pregnancy I walked everyday, actually even on the day my labour started I had told myself I needed to walk faster if labour was to start. I was 3 days past my EDD.
So hopefully in the coming 5 weeks I shall walk as much as I can to prepare for the coming labour marathon!
