The home stretch

We're on the home stretch, we can't wait to meet our little man. We had our consultation with the VBAC consultant last week. They'll be monitoring us closely in the run up to labour and throughout due to the EMCS with DD and the possibility that this little one could get himself in a tizzy and cause it to occur again. With DD she wasn't engaged and so decided to turn slightly which allowed the cord to pop out from behind her and lay across the cervix eek! This time we will be monitored closely and we have another two appo's with the consultant so she can keep a close eye on baby's position before labour. If little mans got himself in a tizzy she'll do another scan to assess the need for any intervention. Fingers crossed he won't be as naughty as his big sis :-) . I'm starting to feel him moving around a lot more now which is great, DD is amazed at the fact he kicks her hand or wriggles when she touches my bump. It's lovely to be able to finally share his movements with the rest of the family.
