A foodie got knocked up....this could be scary!

Good LORD! Butternut squash and eggs must be the greatest combination on EARTH!
I didn't have time to eat before leaving the house this morning. Wednesdays are always tough because the dog is afraid of garbage trucks and it takes FOREVER for her to get comfortable and do her "biznez." Gabby is our first "baby" and we spoil her just a bit. ;) Anyway, I stopped near the office at PCC and was greeted by a breakfast buffet including oatmeal, eggs, sausages, potatoes and several other yummy breakfast items. One was a frittata with butternut squash which sounded delish! I scooped a few spuds to accompany and high-tailed it to the office.
I made it just in time too because I started getting nauseated and my boss sprung a meeting on us. I wolfed that frittata like nobody's business and it was nearly the BEST THING I'VE EATEN in a week. Funny thing is, I said the same thing about my Vietnamese noodle salad with Sriracha on Sunday.
In other news, I can't find a flippin' digital pregnancy test! I've hit 3 stores and none of them have any. I'm on the hunt now...only because it's kinda fun to pee on stick and have a positive outcome.
I'm not really feeling 'pregnant' but I do have incredible sensitive nipples, a sore back, a full abdomen and today I am tired. The last 2 days I've felt GREAT, but today I want a nap somethin' fierce.
I guess that's all for now.

Boys. I took a pic too. Saving the second test from the box for next week. Yesterday was supposed to be AF day. She's not here, and she's NOT welcome. |
| Comment from mrsamanda » Posted Nov. 14, 2013 1:58pm Girl, I'm not feeling 'pregnant' either. Just miserable from this head cold/sinus/whatever I have going on. Ugh! Maybe slight frequent urination and my boobs have yet to start hurting or being sore. Even my nips. But, I'm not complaining, I look for them to start aching soon! Come to my house! I have 2 digitals left! :D I plan to take one on Monday (a week from first + digi), then the last one on the following Monday. I want to see a progression of weeks on them. I can atleast have the picture of them, since the battery died like less than 2 days after. |
