I felt the baby move!!!

For real! No, seriously! I was lying in bed quietly on Saturday night, poking around my belly. And after about 3 to minutes..the Peep totally somersaulted and danced around. There was NO mistaking it and it was GLORIOUS!!!! I can't wait for more. :)

I spent the night on Friday at my dad's with my sister and my niece. Dad got up and made us girls French Toast for breakfast. He's the greatest. Here's a photo of my gorgeous niece...just 4 weeks old.

Sunday, DH put together the cradle his parents have been saving. It was used for he and his sister years ago and then his niece more recently (though she just turned 18). Now it's all shined up and ready for Peep. I love the sentimentality that goes with using the old cradle. <3

	Comment from emmapeal9 » Posted Feb. 10, 2014 3:27pm Thanks ladies. It's like an addiction - as soon as you feel it and recognize it, you want more. I will enjoy every second. I waited until I was 33 to find the man of my dreams and until I was 35 to start our family. I will drink all this in. :)

	Comment from emmapeal9 » Posted Feb. 10, 2014 2:02pm I lay in bed on my back, I find the top of my uterus with a firm hand. The I press in on each side just above my hips a bit - not hard but firm. And, then I wait about 3 minutes. I repeat this usually 3 or 4 times. By then, I've fallen asleep during one of the waiting periods. :)

I have the cradle that my grandmother re-vamped for me when I was a baby and my mom used it for my little brothers. I have a bassinet, so I'm not sure if I will put it up or not. Maybe.
