So today, I am feeling pretty good.
Food: I had to let go of most dairy, especially milk. I am doing ok with fermented - yogurt. But the other is giving me too much gas and bloating. Now I have to make up for the quick nutrition that you can get in a glass of milk. I have been doing bone broth and I am trying to increase my greens. My to do list is not getting done daily. I usually remember to at least take my prenatal and I try to drink at least 32oz of water and 32 oz of other liquid. That has been one of the hardest things lately. On my list, I also have my pregnancy tea, iron tonic, molasses (which I used to take in milk), and the cod liver oil. I will give hemp milk and almond milk a try but I know they don't have the real milk nutrients! But it would be nice for my cereal ect.
exercise: I have had pretty low energy this past week and I dont remember exercising at all. I am determined to at least to do my prenatal dvd today.
spiritual: I have been talking to the baby just about everyday. I am sure this baby is a girl. with every sickness symptom, I have been praying and I have been healed.
Care: I have made my first appt with Bill the midwife but it is still a week away. looking forward to getting my iron level checked and hearing the heartbeat. I am still concidering seeing an OB too.
