Okay to go :)

Saw the dr yesterday and got some reasurring news. He didn't even bother to check me since I haven't been having any consistent contractions that would have caused major dilation, and last week when we were discharged my cervix was still high and closed. Now though, Mikah is head down in the go position :) I got the okay to go back to work on Monday if I want, once I hit 35 weeks. At that point we could deliver her in Rice Lake and theres a very small chance that she would need to be sent to Marshfield. However, the catch is that he will be out of the office after this week, until September. So if I do put myself in labor he won't be there to deliver :P
My husband and i talked about it and since I'd have to work 3 days to bring home as much as I will from being laid off, there's not much point. I'm just going to work a couple hours per week and call it good, then reevalluate everyon'e situation after baby girl is born :)
Dr Ester also mentioned that she's probably going to be around the 7-8lb mark like Aryn was if she waits til her C Section date. So again, no big babies :D lol
I'm excited taht this could be over at any time, and that I only need to go see the doc when contractions are painful or my water breaks. not just if they are mild but constant, since we know my body has those and it doesn't really do anything.
ALSO. Finally got the grandparents to admit that they do NOT want to pursue the full foster care regime for Charlie, and that we should. WOOHOO!! This means I can actually start planning and saving so we can move to a bigger place. A 2 bedroom with 3 kids under a year and a half is not going to be big enough :P I'm still unsure how the whole thing is going to go down. My grandparents keep saying they just need some counciling, but I think if it ends up in court they're going to go to jail and lose custody. I mean, he had several broken bones and was clearly neglected. He's doing so much better now :) I'm so happy that he got out in time. I don't want him to go back to that place and get hurt again. Hopefully the court date will happen soon and we can figure out where to go from here, but at this point my priority is still on Mikah. She's for sure coming home with me ;) We got her crib all set up and it looks fantastic! Can't wait to meet her!! :D
